From the very beginning, our founder set out to create more than just a place to stay — the vision was to craft an experience that blends nature, relaxation, and quiet luxury. Rooted in Austrian heritage, the idea was born from a deep appreciation for the raw beauty of the Alps and the surrounding landscapes. Each structure is the result of detailed craftsmanship, from the precision-engineered glass to the carefully chosen materials that complement the natural environment. The panoramic design isn’t just aesthetic — it’s a deliberate choice to invite the outside in, offering guests a breath of fresh air and a 360° connection to their surroundings. The result is a stay that strikes the perfect balance between the simplicity of camping and the elegance of modern comfort.
Our Concept
Our goal is to create a truly unique experience — one where you can feel fully immersed in the wilderness without sacrificing the comforts of home. Whether it’s the warmth of a soft bed, the stillness of nature, or the privacy of your own space, we believe you shouldn’t have to choose. Our signature glass design allows you to curl up under the sheets with your loved ones while gazing up at the stars, surrounded by nature and wrapped in comfort.
Glassy Lodging engages with many landscapes. Our state-of-the-art design allows guests to experience the beauty of nature from every angle. We are proud to launch our first lodge in Austria, in partnership with the Baroque castle in Großrußbach — a location surrounded by forests, vineyards, and centuries of history. As we expand to future locations — including the stunning coastlines of Croatia — building strong, respectful relationships with our partners remains our top priority. From Mountains to Sea
Reaching for the stars
After setting lodges and hosting many guest in beautiful locations around Europe, we wish to expand on our most popular sights. In doing so, we hope to create a sustainable retreat that allows our guest to have the complete glamping experience. In the future, we would like to build just a few lodges on a huge piece of land instead of many accommodations on a tiny piece of land to avoid the feeling of staying in a resort.
Even though the lodges are out in the nature, our guests can still enjoy luxury, high quality standards and extraordinary design.
Looking to future generations, we have incorporated a sustainable mission by planting a tree for each booking at our lodge. Additionally, we provide the option of donating for more trees.
